Can I return a product and exchange it for another one if the ordered size doesn’t fit?
No. The product must be returned and a new order placed.

Product arrived damaged?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@rawlab.co within 7 business days of the delivery date. Be sure to include clear photos showing the defect or damage.
