How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country. The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed in your shopping cart at checkout before you complete your order.

What is the status of my order?

Don’t worry! Once the items you ordered have been shipped or when there are updates regarding your order status, we will notify you by email. You will find the shipment tracking number there.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 days after payment is received. All orders are shipped from our warehouse at the company headquarters in Slovenia. Please be aware that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies and fees vary by country: for accurate information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Please note that longer delivery times may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or exceptional circumstances (such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).

Where can I find information about my past orders?

You can find information about your past orders in your account. If you placed an order as a guest, past order details will not be stored on the website, but you can check the order confirmation emails you received.

Can I pick up my order in the .raw store?

Yes, of course. You can pick it up once you receive an email that your order is ready for pickup.

Which size should I choose?

In general, it’s best to start with the size you usually wear or refer to the size guide provided with each product. If you’re unsure which size would suit you best, feel free to email us and we’ll be happy to advise you. If the item doesn’t fit, we’ll gladly exchange it, subject to availability.
